$1400 Upfront + 2.5% Fee ($2500 Minimum)

- Everything from Tier 1

- Start-to-Finish Coordination

- Contract Creation & Deal Structure

- Purchasing LLC Account Creation

- Lender Communication and Sourcing

- Title Communication and Coordination

- Handle both primary and secondary closings

Total Fee:

- Transactional Funding: 2.5%

- Coordination: $2500 ($1400 upfront)

- 2nd Closing Cost: Appox. $2500

**Upfront fee will not be paid until AFTER your intake call to ensure we can close the deal!
